Are helium balloons, confetti and/or glitter allowed to be brought in or used in the Center?

Unfortunately for many reasons, the Center does not allow these items within the building.

Yes, we have 2 mamava pods. One on each level.

May hazers and/or fog machines be used within the Center?

Yes, but must be coordinated through your Event Planner.

May items be taped to walls, windows or floors in the Center?

Items may not be taped to any of the Center’s walls or windows. Static Cling items may be attached to the Center’s windows, but must be removed at the end of the event. “Gaffers Tape” is the only tape that may be used on the Center’s carpeting.

Is there 24-hour access to the Center?

For security seasons, the Center is locked and secured at the end of each days contracted hours.

Is there a hotel that directly connects to the Center?

Yes, The Cincinnati Marriott at RiverCenter directly connects via walkway to the Center’s Conference Level.
